Turkey Breast Marinade
- 2 part white cooking wine
- 1 part soya sauce
- 1 part peanut oil or vegetable oil
- garlic powder

InstructionsCombine ingredients and marinade turkey for at least 2 hours before barbequing. Baste fillets at each turning with the same marinade, and if you find your guests arriving late, put the cooked fillets in the marinade and let simmer (this keeps it warm and moist). Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
