Raised in our own barns, our frozen turkeys are available from 12-30 lbs. The rule of thumb is 1-1.5 lbs per person depending on the size of your eaters, whether it is your only meat, and whether you want leftovers. A frozen turkey needs 1 day per 5 lbs to thaw in your fridge, or 1 hour per lb in a cold water bath.
