Grade A Fresh
Small fresh turkeys are available throughout the year. For the Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas seasons, they are available between 11-27 lbs, with availability decreasing as sizes run out. The rule of thumb is approximately 1-1.5 lbs per person depending on the size of your eaters, whether it is your only meat, and if you want leftovers.
