Our all-white meat breast roast is raw, unprocessed, boneless, skin-on breast meat that we put into a netting to make it a roast. They are available between 2-10 lbs and the rule of thumb is approximately 1/2 lb per person.
Fresh or thawed:
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Place in roasting pan with a small amount of water, butter, or margarine.
Season and cover loosely with tin foil. Insert pop-up timer.
1 kg - 1.5-2.5 hrs.
2 kg - 2.5-3 hrs
3 kg - 3-3.5 hrs
4 kg - 3.5-4 hrs
Minimum internal temperature of 170°F.
