Single Breast Fillets

The fillet is a separate muscle between the breast meat and the breast bone. It is the muscle a turkey would use if it could fly. Because it is not used, this is the most tender part of the turkey and is often called a 'tender.'  The single fillet has the tendon running through the middle removed.

From fresh or thawed

BBQ: Cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Oven: Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Minimum internal temperature should be 165°F.
