
Breast Fillets
The fillet is a separate muscle found between the breast meat and the breast bone. It's the muscle the turkey would use if it could fly. Because they can't fly it is the most tender part and often called the "tender."

Cooking Instructions
Fresh or thawed: BBQ on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or bake in oven at 325 for approximately 30 minutes. Minimum internal temperature of 165F.
