Boneless Skinless Breast

A turkey breast with bone and skin removed; the white meat remaining can be cooked in a number of different recipes and styles. Each piece tends to be approximately 3 lbs.

Fresh or thawed: Rub breast with oil, butter or margarine and season to taste. Tuck narrow end under to make breast uniform. Preheat oven to 325F and roast for approximately 1.5 hours per kilogram. Minimum internal temperature of 165F.
