Maple Bourbon Fillets
Pieces of turkey breast fillet marinated in a maple bourbon sauce. Using real Jim Beam bourbon and local maple syrup from Palmer's near Port Stanley, this sauce brings out a great combination of sweetness and punchy flavour - and will let you drive home after.
Ingredients: Turkey, maple syrup, soy sauce, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, Worchestershire sauce, spice, garlic powder, cayenne powder.
Allergens: Soy, wheat, garlic.
Cooking instructions
(From fresh or thawed)
BBQ: BBQ over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and cook for approximately 30 minutes.
Broiler: Preheat to 350°F and broil under second level from the top for 10-12 minutes per side.
Minimum internal temperature after cooking should be 165°F.
